October has been a month full of joy, gratitude, and community spirit here at Greenhurst Nursing Center in Charleston, Arkansas. We kicked off the month with a heartwarming visit from Silver Dragon Ranch, who brought along some very special guests, llamas and goats.
These gentle animals brought smiles, laughter, and a sense of calm to our residents. The interaction was not only therapeutic but also a delightful change of pace that everyone truly enjoyed.
We also embraced the season with a festive fall celebration. Residents gathered for fall-themed treats, cheerful decorations, and fun activities that captured the spirit of the season. The crisp air and colorful leaves made the perfect backdrop for a day filled with warmth and togetherness.
In addition, we proudly celebrated Healthcare Foodservice Workers Week. Our incredible dietary team deserves a heartfelt shoutout for all they do.
